Exchanges and Returns Policy

At offerheystores, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
